He was on site during the entire installation of our roof and sent pictures to my phone during the process. He interacted with the insurance adjuster to assure our claim processed accurately for all allowable expenses. He utilized the most up to date computer tools that line up with the insurance claims adjustment process to insure data was compared accurately and we were paid the maximum due to us according to our insurance policy. Robert provided all pertinent documentation prior to the start of work. Contractors license, proof of liability and workman’s comp insurance as well as a lien release statement on completion of work. Green Country Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. Their bid was the lowest of 3 companies I received bids from and they commenced the work a week later. Grant Blitch was my point person and was very knowledgeable of the process. He was very nice to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the job. They did a nice job cleaning up afterwards as well. One added service was Green Country came back after the roof was installed to touch up a few smudges on my stucco where the old shingles left marks when removing. (This was due to my very steep roof which made removal challenging). Overall, I’d highly recommend Green Country Roofing.
