From the very first phone call, Rob and his team were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the process clearly, and kept us updated every step of the way. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our property with care and respect. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship really stood out. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up perfectly, and the roof looks amazing. When it was all said and done, Rob went above and beyond by providing the paid invoice PLUS additional photos of the completed roof! This made it extremely easy to provide the information to our insurance company! It’s hard to find companies these days that truly value customer service, but this roofing company exceeded our expectations in every way. Pa XiongI want to expressed that Rob and his wife, went above and beyond in exceeding services with the house insurance. It was a long battle with State Farm, but everything laid out as planned. He is a fighter and will help you and your family in any way to ensure home insurance can help cover your roofing, replacement, gutters, etc. (But don’t guarantee this outcome, cause every insurance company has their own policy). Thank you so much for all that you and your team did to make a beautiful roof to our home!
