These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the Site, submitting a form, and receiving text messages from us. By using the Site or giving us your information through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Green Country Roofing LLC regarding appointments, estimates, project updates, reminders, and promotions. Opting out of text messages does not stop us from calling or emailing you about an existing appointment, estimate, or project. If you’d rather not be contacted at all, just tell us and we’ll take you off our list.
2. The Information on This Site Is General
We write about roofing, hail and wind damage, insurance claims, building codes, and what things cost because homeowners ask us these questions every day. That information is general and educational. It is not insurance, legal, engineering, or financial advice, and it is not a promise about how your claim, your policy, or your roof will turn out. Every roof, every storm, and every insurance policy is different. Any prices, cost ranges, or examples on this Site are ballpark figures for general information only. They are not quotes or offers. A price becomes a price only when it is in a written estimate or contract from Green Country Roofing LLC. All roofing, gutter, and related work is governed by that written agreement, including its warranty terms, not by these Terms.
4. Forms, Photos, and Information You Send Us
When you submit a form, call, email, or text us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or mail about your request, and by text message if you opted in as described in Section 1. If you send us photos of your roof or property, we may use them to evaluate your roof and prepare your estimate. We will not use identifiable photos of your property in our advertising without your permission.
