He sat down with us (more than once) before we committed to his company to help us through the process. He climbed on the roof with the adjuster. Everything he told us about the process was accurate. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would and finished exactly when they said they would (actual temp over 100 degrees). Clean up was over the top.
