Apartment & Multi-Family Roofing — Tulsa, OK
Is it possible that large projects — such as apartments and multi-family properties — get the worst roofing quality of all?
Would it be weird if I said that large roofing projects are all about the rebates, final check in hand, and a jacked-up pickup truck? I say this because the roofs we have looked at show a similar pattern — cheap shingles, reused flashing, and lack of ventilation. Don’t get me started about the poor nailing pattern of the shingles themselves. Sure, this is not every roof and every company, but we run into these problems pretty consistently. For sure it is nearly impossible to have quality control measures in place on your end. Most of these roofs are two stories or complex single-story buildings. Now I’m sure this couldn’t be because of accepting the lowest price possible. Right?
The question is — do you want something better or do you want the cheapest? I’m sorry, but if you want the absolute cheapest, then we are not the company for you. If you want something better and are willing to spend a little more — then let’s talk.
Great. You Want a Better Roof. Here Is How We Do It.
Proper ventilation per the 1/300 rule, proper material to guard against wind and hail damage, and timely inspections during the installation process.
Better Ventilation
The 1/300 rule. Calculated on every job.
Better Materials
Atlas shingles. Built for Oklahoma wind and hail.
Better Installation
Inspected during the install. Not just after.
The Two Most Overlooked Factors on Large Roofing Projects
Obtain the Manufacturer Warranty
Our philosophy is simple — we use no generic materials. We like Atlas shingles, so anything and everything Atlas makes is what we install. Why? The Atlas Signature Select warranty. We use Atlas products and we are certified through Atlas — so we are able to provide a 15 or 20 year non-prorated warranty against defects. We install better products and if those products fail, the Atlas warranty has you covered.
The Installation Process
It is human nature to speed up during a large roofing project. That is why important factors like replacing chimney flashing or damaged wood don’t get addressed. Speed is the factor that drives everything that is not good in roofing quality.
That is why the inspection process during the installation of the new roof is the most important factor. Inspections slow the process down to a normal level. They take human nature out of play and re-install quality over quantity.
Our philosophy is to inspect at every step of the process. Fixing an issue is cheaper and easier while the installation is still going — not after everyone has gone home for the day.

Hands down rbis is you're companyPosted on Google Johnnie JeffersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had our roof replaced by Green Country Roofing and could not be happier with the experience. From the very first phone call, Rob and his team were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the process clearly, and kept us updated every step of the way. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our property with care and respect. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship really stood out. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up perfectly, and the roof looks amazing. When it was all said and done, Rob went above and beyond by providing the paid invoice PLUS additional photos of the completed roof! This made it extremely easy to provide the information to our insurance company! It’s hard to find companies these days that truly value customer service, but this roofing company exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional roofing services!Posted on Google Ryan KTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 6 stars. Rob and Elisha are fantastic! Talked to 3 roofing companies before I met Rob and the difference was night and day. He's responsive, a pro's pro and exactly the person you want on your team when talking with insurance. Their team did a great job replacing my roof and repairing my gutters and siding. Thank you so much Robert and team!Posted on Google Pa XiongTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I want to expressed that Rob and his wife, went above and beyond in exceeding services with the house insurance. It was a long battle with State Farm, but everything laid out as planned. He is a fighter and will help you and your family in any way to ensure home insurance can help cover your roofing, replacement, gutters, etc. (But don’t guarantee this outcome, cause every insurance company has their own policy). Thank you so much for all that you and your team did to make a beautiful roof to our home! We appreciated your help and time! *** Noted, they were the best at ensuring my son (autistic) was safe and welcoming when my son was outside watching them do their work! Love them for ensuring his safety!Posted on Google bonnie nealTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very quick and great job!
